There was one change to my list this week. Instead of concentrating on relearning spanish, I want to learn Mandarin. I’m not talking about being fluent, but I do want to be able to converse when I go to China next year (more on that later).
How hard is it to take a multi-vitamin? Really? I own them! I just need to take them. Also, no soda or eating out this week. I picked an awful week to not go to the grocery over the weekend
I have a suggestion for taking vitamins: put them in your bag/lunch box for work. That way if you remember it in the middle of the day, it’s there for you to take. My dad puts his meds in his lunch every day (by “my dad puts” i mean my mom puts for my dad)
also, if there is something else you take every day, take your vitamin at the same time! it doesn’t have to be in the morning.
